    I am currently following Pete Pfitzinger's 4 Month Marathon Plan in preparation for running the Boston Marathon in April 2010. I am on rehab from a 2 month layoff due to a hamstring injury but will be doing aerobic conditioning (no races!) for now. I run the Connector Bridge here in NMB and down near Kingston Plantation on weekends with Roscoe Griffin and Dick Ashley and Lorena Murphy OR with the NMB Running Group during the week.
